We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet our business needs.   • ServiceNow Development:
    Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform to automate and improve IT service management processes. Customise ServiceNow modules and applications based on business requirements.
  • Configuration and Scripting:
    Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts using JavaScript.
  • Integration:
    Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications. Design and implement data integrations, APIs, and web services.
  • Custom Application Development:
    Create custom applications in ServiceNow to address specific business needs. Extend and enhance existing ServiceNow applications.
  • Incident and Problem Management:
    Implement and improve incident and problem management processes within ServiceNow. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Service Catalog Management:
    Design and maintain the Service Catalog, ensuring user-friendly service request processes. Configure and optimize the Service Portal.
  • User Training and Support:
    Provide training to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities. Offer support and assistance to users, addressing issues and ensuring smooth operation.
  • Upgrades and Patch Management:
    Manage ServiceNow version upgrades and apply patches as needed. Stay informed about new ServiceNow features and capabilities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting within ServiceNow.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration techniques and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and IT service management.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
