Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented MEARN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a MEARN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, ReactJS, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in JavaScript and a passion for creating seamless, responsive, and user-friendly applications.

Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development:
  Develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable web applications using the MEARN stack. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Database Management:
  Design and maintain MongoDB databases, ensuring high performance, security, and availability. Implement data models and optimise database queries for efficiency.
• Server-side Development:
  Build server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js. Implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between the front-end and back-end.
• Front-end Development:
  Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular and ReactJS. Implement and maintain state-of-the-art features, ensuring an excellent user experience.
• Code Review and Optimization:
  Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality, adhere to coding standards, and optimise performance. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Documentation:
  Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to team members.
• Continuous Learning:
  Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in web development. Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a MEARN Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and related technologies.
• Experience with MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, ReactJS, and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of security best practices in web development.
